Kitchen tidbits and tricks:

* Steam the whole head of ORGANIC cauliflower and then chop it coarsely to put in the blender for a mashed cauliflower dish, which is a great substitute to mashed potatoes. - Add my favorite 4th & Heart Ghee butter with Himalayan pink salt and enjoy!
Amazing dessert or delish quick snack recipe:
- 1 cup cottage cheese (preferably Organic full-fat like Good Cottage Cheese)
- 2-3 tablespoons organic dark cocoa powder
- 2-3 tablespoons sweetener (like organic stevia or local raw honey – adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt (pink Himalayan or Redman cave salt)
- Optional: organic chocolate chips, shredded coconut or nuts for garnish
Blend all in a food processor and chill for 30 minutes
*For a dairy-free version, substitute cottage cheese for avocado – TRUST me it is amazing!
