      Laura Dwelley is a specially trained Registered Nurse, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and an Aging Life Care Professional®. Laura first began her career in healthcare as a volunteer for a local hospital in the late 80’s. Now, self-employed as an RN Geriatric Care Manager, Dementia Care Educator, and Healthy Lifestyles Coach, Laura brings her life-long desire of helping others to a practice where she specializes in making a difference for her clients.

     

       Laura loves to learn and grow her knowledge in health and wellness. Currently studying natural healing and functional medicine, Laura holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, an Associate of Science Degree in Nursing from Goodwin College, and an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration, from the New England College of Finance.

     

      Laura is passionate about patient advocacy, nutrition, lifelong learning, and educating her clients. Laura’s background includes emergency medicine, serving 7 years on a volunteer ambulance crew and member of the board, pediatric care, and home health care. During this last decade, Laura has focused her education and work in geriatric care, with roles in case management, Alzheimer's centers, insurance authorization, and Care Management.

     

      Originally from New England, Laura and her husband have called Florida home for the last 10 years. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and creating art through up-cycling architectural salvage and unique finds.

    Dianne Layden, RN

    Dianne Layden, RN Contractor

      Dianne Layden is a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Care Manager based in Stuart, Florida. With a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree from New York University and Advanced membership of the Aging Life Care Association, Dianne has garnered over 30 years of experience in hospital settings, home health care, insurance industry, and care management.

     Dianne's expertise lies in comprehensive assessment and care coordination, managing complex care for seniors with multiple chronic conditions. Dianne is committed to ensuring patient safety and delivering the highest quality of care to her patients. She is also highly skilled in communicating with clients, family members, doctors, and other professionals.

    Lisa Brady, RN

    Lisa Brady is the owner of LBRN Services LLC, and Certified Care Manager in Port St. Lucie, Florida.  Lisa is a Master trained Registered Nurse, and an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association, with 20+ years of experience in social work, critical care nursing, and care management. Lisa is dedicated to advocating for the exceptional care, independence, and autonomy of her clients.

    Lisa specializes in assessment of the situation, recommendations for clients and family whether in own home, assisted living, memory care facilities or hospital, and creating a plan of care and advocacy.
    I consider it a privilege to help clients and families, allowing them peace of mind, in knowing they have someone that knows them, their medical history, their medications, their wishes, their family members and emergency contacts. I apply a holistic approach in my care of clients and bring a skillset from various disciplines, working with families and providing ongoing support and crisis resolution.

     

    Lauren Ragonese, RN

    Lauren has been a nurse since 2001, originally from Connecticut. While in Connecticut, she worked in the hospital setting as well as home health- including 2 years as a psychiatric home health nurse.

    In 2011, Lauren moved to Jupiter, FL, where she worked as an RN Case Manager for a Medicare home health and private duty company. She later transitioned into senior living, serving in various Director roles across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. In 2020, Lauren returned to private duty home health and currently works as a Registered Nurse at Visiting Angels.

    Lauren is deeply committed to working with seniors, particularly those living with dementia. She finds fulfillment in supporting individuals through the aging process, including providing compassionate care during end-of-life transitions.

    In her personal time, Lauren is very involved with her two daughters and enjoys spending quality time with her family. Lauren also enjoys walks on the beach, working on small projects that bring out her artistic ability, and reading motivational content.

    Some of Lauren's greatest qualities are being very detail-oriented, honest, personable, and having the ability to make people feel comfortable and supported.
